We are passionate about producing pasta of excellent quality. Our third generation family business from Birkenfeld produces a high-quality brand product from Baden-Württemberg - the fine Jeremias noodle specialities.
For over 50 years we have specialised in products for the catering trade, hotel business, company restaurants, industrial customers and for food retailers. Throughout Germany, we have developed into the leading premium supplier of pasta specialities in the bulk consumer sector, where we are distributed nationwide via the retail trade. In food retailing we are mainly represented in southern Germany.
Since 1965, and now in the 3rd generation, we produce our high-quality top products in Birkenfeld near Pforzheim - the Jeremias fine noodle specialities.
Exquisite durum wheat semolina from the best growing areas, fresh eggs from German barn management, and the great Birkenfeld drinking water from a Black Forest spring, together with the gentle production process, result in pasta that is easy to cook and stays firm to the bite.
Jeremias Noodles are available in over 50 different shapes. In the kitchen, there are no limits to the imagination. The range is presented in different qualities, which differ in egg content.
